AM/NS India has begun construction of a major steel plant in Anakapalli, Andhra Pradesh. This significant project represents a Rs 70,000 crore investment. The plant will have an initial capacity of 8.2 million tonnes. Production is scheduled to commence in early 2029. This development marks a key step in India's steel production expansion goals.
