A Guatemalan illegal alien who was released into the US by the Biden Regime was arrested for brutally raping a 5-year-old girl in Long Island, New York.Carlos Aguilar Reynoso was indicted this week after he violently raped a child so badly that she needed surgery to treat the injuries.
