At the end of January 2026, both Koei Tecmo and Konami announced there would be free crossover costume DLC for Mio Amakura and Hinako Shimizu, and that Silent Hill f add-on is now live in Fatal Frame 2 Remake. There’s also a bundle on Steam that pairs up the PC versions of both games. That lets someone get both games at once for 10% less than usual, making it $107.98. While this Silent Hill f DLC for Fatal Frame 2 Remake is primarily for Mio, her twin sister Mayu can also dress up. The main addition is called the Navy Sailor School Uniform. It is an exact replica of the damaged outfit Hinako wears in her game. Only Mio gets to change into that look. However, grabbing the pack also nets you a Fox Mask a character can wear on their head like a hair accessory, and that can be worn by either one of the two sisters.
