The Central Unit of the Judea and Samaria District Police, the Shin Bet, and the Israel Defense Forces foiled a cell of ten Palestinian Arabs from Samaria affiliated with Hamas.The group had carried out several explosive device attacks against IDF forces and was planning additional major attacks, including the abduction of a Jewish resident of the area.
