An educational campus in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, is now cooking over 500 meals daily using biogas. This initiative, part of a state scheme, has eliminated the need for LPG cylinders. The campus operates two biogas plants, utilizing cow dung for fuel and fertilizer. Gujarat plans to install more such plants, aiming for greater self-reliance in cooking gas across institutions.
