I personally know of 2 special needs children, an infant & a toddler, the adoptive parents, Mother being the worst, who lied, etc., adopted these children overseas, she was later convicted of child abuse of her OWN children after the adoptions, they rehomed the infant & the toddler was taken from her. She abused those children as well.
