My husband has a pacemaker and recently had this exact surgery. He wasn't allowed to drive himself home from the hospital and that was about it. He was up and moving and back working the next day. Its a day surgery that they do with a local. He said it didn't feel great, but was not in pain afterwards, and he can be a bit of a sook lol. This woman is being ridiculous
