Worst part? Asked a reasonable question and answers "idk". You don't know why you need name brands?! You don't know why you need four jugs? Either they genuinely don't know, OR they just use "idk" as if it were a comma rather than having an actual meaning, OR they know why (to sell on) and don't want to say/can't be bothered to come up with a plausible lie. All options are equally infuriating.
