A.P.-Transco Joint Managing Director G. Surya Sai Praveen Chand announced that a photography contest was being organised for employees and the public to showcase their talent and creativity through photographs depicting the power utility’s activities. He stated in a press release that the participants have to capture photographs that reflect the contribution of engineers, technical experts, and staff who illuminate people’s lives with their dedication and innovation.The photographs, including drone shots, have to be sent to photocontest@aptransco.gov.in along with a declaration stating that they have no objection to A.P.-Transco using the photographs for its future publications. The declaration proforma along with other related information can be obtained from the website www.aptransco.gov.in.The photos should be in high-resolution digital format (JPEG/PNG) with a minimum 300 DPI resolution and 16:9 aspect ratio. Each participant can submit a maximum of two photographs along with the declaration. Entries must be submitted by November 15, 2025, along with the participants’ address, phone number, and email ID. The first prize carries a cash award of ₹10,000, the second prize ₹5,000, and the third prize ₹3,000.
