An FIR has been registered against Rajaram at the Burari police station on charges of causing death by negligence.Police said that around 2 pm, Mihir, the toddler, was playing outside the house along with his cousins when an eight-year-old boy accidentally pressed the accelerator of the e-rickshaw, causing it to move forward. Mihir came under the vehicle and was rushed to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared him dead on arrival. Police alleged that Rajaram’s negligence led to the fatal incident.“Mihir had come to Delhi from Nainital with his mother around a week ago. The family was staying at their home in Burari’s D Block in Uttarakhand Enclave,” an officer said.
