RavindranFor over two weeks now, MTC commuters at the Madhya Kailash junction have been waiting for buses on a small island without any shelter.“It is so hot. Commuters wait near the labour institute compound or near a tree on the boomerang shaped island. A medium-sized tree at the spot was sawed off overnight and its stump remains next to the bus stand.
