Uniqlo Gets Dragon Quest Shirts in Japan

Wait 5 sec.

Uniqlo just teamed up with Square Enix to launch a line of Dragon Quest shirts inspired by characters and monsters from the game in its stores in Japan. There are four unisex styles available, and each shirt costs ¥1,990 (~$13). While this Uniqlo game collection isn’t available worldwide yet and isn’t showing on the North American site, these types of crossovers do always appear worldwide around or after the Japanese launch.  All of the unisex Dragon Quest shirts at Uniqlo are available in men’s sizes XS through 4XL. (Since Japanese sizing can be different and the North American sizing runs XXS through 3XL, it is best to double check before placing any orders.) Only one of the designs features actual heroes and human characters from the series, as the others focus on monsters. That one features art of the Dragon Quest III hero in front of his allies and the series’ logo on the back. The second is a King Slime shirt that has eight standard Slimes on the front and them coming together to form a King Slime on the back. The Metal Slime option has multiple monsters on a pocket on the front, then a single monster on the back near the bottom hemline. The final design features lots of monsters from the series on the front, then at the bottom on the back the combat UI box.  Here’s how all of those designs look: Images via Square Enix and Uniqlo This isn’t the only recent line of game shirts to show up in Uniqlo, as it announced another crossover collection in March 2026. That celebrates the 30th anniversary of the Pokemon series. That is confirmed for a worldwide launch already.   The Dragon Quest shirts are now available at Uniqlo stores in Japan, and we should eventually see the crossover clothing inspired by the game appear worldwide. The post Uniqlo Gets Dragon Quest Shirts in Japan appeared first on Siliconera.
