Roberto De Zerbi has now welcomed a familiar face to Hotspur Way, as the Italian desperately tries to keep Tottenham in the Premier League.There has been a fair bit of negativity in the media about Tottenham’s chances of survival, and the Spurs head coach hit back against the negativity at the start of Friday’s press conference.De Zerbi unleashed a passionate rant explaining why his side has the quality to stay up, calling on his players to leave everything on the pitch in their final four games of the season.The Italian is evidently trying his best to get the Spurs players in the right mental space despite their predicament, and he will now be assisted by a trusted colleague in his efforts to do so.Credit: @thefrederikkejensen / InstagramRoberto De Zerbi set to be joined by trusted staff member at TottenhamIt has now been revealed on Football.London that the Tottenham boss will soon reunite with his former colleague, Enrico Venturelli, who has now been handed a work permit ahead of his move to N17.De Zerbi has so far only brought two members of staff with him to Spurs:Marcattilio Marcattilii and Marcello Quinto, who joined the Lilywhites as a fitness coach and senior professional development phase coach, respectively.His staff will now be boosted with the addition of Venturelli, who has worked with the 46-year-old at Marseille, Brighton and Shakhtar Donetsk, as one of his assistant first team coaches.Enrico Venturelli joins Spurs as a translatorEven though Venturelli held coaching roles under De Zerbi in his three previous clubs, Football.London reveal that he is set to join Spurs purely as a translator.The 45-year-old is fluent in Italian, English, Russian and Spanish, and apart from his coaching background, has also been involved with FIFA and UEFA and as a project manager at three different Olympic Games.Venturelli’s primary role will be to ensure that De Zerbi gets his intended messages across to his players and other members of staff clearly.
