The Trump administration considers operations that began in Iran on Feb. 28 to have “terminated,” the AP reports.The determination is relevant under the war powers resolution, which requires congressional authorization for operations to continue beyond 60 days. The White House is saying for war powers purposes there is now no war for Congress to authorize.
