It's not eugenics to think that if you can't provide any stability(notice she's starting from scratch again) at all that you should stop having children. No one is sterilizing or forcing abortion, it's just an opinion that it's a bad idea to keep having kids you can't support and you have agency over your body. Birth control exists.
