The Centre has appointed R Balasubramaniam and Joram Aniya as full-time members of NITI Aayog, taking the total number of such members to seven. Aniya, an academic from Arunachal Pradesh, brings over 18 years of experience in teaching, research and public policy, and is known for her work on Nyishi literature and culture.
