/u/GraceJam37 on Mutual aid is a wildly abused and reshaped concept

Wait 5 sec.

I know of a similar person local to me who has been unemployed since January and posts on mutual aid pages CONSTANTLY. They won't even apply for a job unless it's full-time, in their field, does not use any ai on any level, and has no ties to problematic causes and pays enough to fully sustain their lifestyle. Obviously we'd all like to have a perfect job that ethically operates and pays an actual living wage, but thats not the reality of the capitalist hellscape we live in. They're also very condescending and manipulative in their posts, saying things like "if you don't share this then you're gatekeeping resources from me" and "I guess I'll keep enabling my eating disorder since this need wasn't met".
