You’d be very wise to do that. She’s definitely a beggar I’d go further and reply to her text or say to her face “Stop asking me for stuff” and laugh with a subtle look that shows she’s being weird. Just draw a line, call her out on it. She’s going to keep bothering you. 4 times in 4 days is her badgering you. You don’t want to be neighbourly with her, as she’s a leech and will constantly ask you for favours. Block her number and move on, there’s other neighbours to smile at. She’ll learn not to text you when she no longer gets any reply.
