The Enforcement Directorate is now targeting cryptocurrency frauds, terror financing, cybercrimes, and drug trafficking. Bank and real estate frauds have decreased due to new laws. The agency filed nearly double the chargesheets in the last fiscal year. Its conviction rate stands at 94 percent. The ED has also returned over Rs 63,000 crore in assets to victims.
