Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla has reconstituted four key financial and department-related parliamentary committees. These committees will serve for the 2026-27 financial year. Several prominent leaders have retained their chairpersonships. Faggan Singh Kulaste heads the Committee on the Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes. Baijayant Jay Panda chairs the Committee on Public Undertakings.
