Smartworks achieved significant growth in FY26. Revenue rose to Rs 1,796 crore. The company became India's first listed flexible workspace platform to exceed 10 million square feet. It also reported its first full year of profitability. Contracted rental revenue surpassed Rs 5,200 crore. Smartworks' total footprint grew to 16.1 million square feet across 66 centres.
