Torrent Power has secured a Letter of Award from MP Power Management Company for a 1,600 MW coal-based power plant in Madhya Pradesh. The company will invest approximately Rs 22,000 crore in this project. The project is expected to create thousands of jobs and will be commissioned within 72 months.
