There's a weird focus on gendered items here. A dresser is a dresser. Who cares if it's specifically "for a baby girl"? If you really want, you can paint it pink or whatever once you have it. Also, you want used towels, bathroom mats, and shower curtain liners? Those seem like things you really should buy new, even if you're getting them at the dollar store. It's unlikely that anybody who is looking to get rid of those items is doing so when they are in good/near-new condition.
