Last year, Samsung stopped shipping Galaxy smartphones with the Samsung Messages app pre-installed, in some regions. Instead, the brand started offering these devices with Google Messages to increase the adoption of RCS. Despite favouring Google’s messaging app over its own, the tech giant has been slowly and steadily adding new features to Samsung Messages. In its latest attempt at that, the company is making texting more fun.Samsung has released an update for the Samsung Messages app in its home country, South Korea. It adds a new feature called Bubble Emoji, as you can see in the screenshot below (via @herjy6372). Based on the context of your message, it automatically adds emojis to your text bubble (the message that you send) to make it more expressive. This feature is live on the Galaxy S25 but may also be available for other devices.People in the region should be able to enable the new feature by opening Samsung Messages, tapping on the three-dot icon at the top-right corner of the screen and navigating to Settings » Chat settings.At the moment, there is no information if Samsung is planning to expand this feature to other countries.The post Samsung Messages’ new feature makes texting more fun appeared first on SamMobile.
