The Hind Rajab Foundation announced that it has appealed to the Federal Prosecutors in Germany to arrest and open an investigation against Elkana Federman, Nova festival security officer, who was active in the Tzav 9 movement that is involved in blocking aid trucks to Hamas, accusing him of "war crimes and crimes against humanity."
