Atletico came to Camp Nou, defended well, and were ruthless when it mattered. That's the difference. Not that Barca were terrible, just that Atletico were far more clinical on the night. Barca had their moments but couldn't convert. They're missing a world class striker who can make the difference in games like this, and defensively Cubarsi's red card was a young player's mistake. He'll learn from it, but you can't afford that in a UCL quarter-final. Complaining after a loss? Completely normal. Every fan does it. But filing a formal complaint with UEFA over a handball that the referee and VAR both reviewed and waved off? That has nothing to do with football. That's not how you respond to a defeat as a club of Barcelona's size. Turn it around at the Metropolitano. That's the answer, not paperwork. submitted by /u/OppositeInfluence930 [link] [comments]
