There is a rape and murder of a 4-year-old child… Interestingly, though the postmortem shows aggravated sexual assault, there is no investigation, which is directed towards rape. Only an FIR in relation to Section 302, that too after great persuasion, has been registered. This requires consideration.”When the CJI asked who the petitioner was, Hariharan said, “The petitioner happens to be the father of the child.”“This way things go on My Lord, no child is safe,” he added.Hariharan further said, “It needs urgent hearing… I am seeking transfer of investigation. There is no investigation which has happened… Your Lordships will have to hear me.
