14/1Josh Rock – 18/1Stephen Bunting – 25/1Premier League Darts – Week 10 predictionGerwyn Price absolutely stormed to victory last week in Manchester, winning all three of his matches by a 6-2 scoreline and averaging 104, 113, and 106 across each of his matches, in perhaps the most dominant night of the Premier League campaign so far.The victory, his second nightly win of the year, also saw the Welshman move up to second in the standings, to within two points of top spot.Tonight sees Price come up against Josh Rock in the second match of the night, the Northern Irishman sitting rock bottom of the table but showing considerable signs of improvement after victories in his last two quarter finals when he’d lost his first seven prior. The winner of that tie will take on either Luke Humphries or Jonny Clayton, who feature in the opening match of the night, with both players looking to get back to winning ways after a disappointing few weeks.Defending Premier League champion Humphries has slipped down to sixth in the standings after falling to defeat in each of his last two quarter final match ups over the last fortnight, and has still only reached one final so far this season, back in Week 6.Clayton was the early season pace setter in the Welshman’s first time back in the Premier League after two seasons out, but three quarter final defeats in a row since his most recent nightly win in, also in Week 6, has seen ‘the Ferret’ drop down to third in the standings. The other half of the draw sees world champion Littler come up against compatriot Stephen Bunting. The teenager has won three of the last five Premier League nights but was beaten in his quarter final by Gian van Veen last week in Manchester, which will leave ‘the Nuke’ eager to get back to winning ways in a bid to extend his two-point lead at the top of the table.Bunting ended a three match losing streak last week by getting the better of seven-time Premier League champion Michael van Gerwen last week, and will consider himself unlucky to have lost 6-2 in his semi final against Price despite averaging 107, unfortunate to have come up against the Welshman averaging 113, this highest average to date this so far in the campaign. The final quarter final match up of the night sees an all-Dutch encounter as van Gerwen and van Veen go head to head for a place in the last four. The two compatriots sit currently sit fourth and fifth in the standings, either side of the threshold to reach the play offs, with van Gerwen starting tonight one point better off.Van Veen, in his rookie season, hadn’t won a Premier League match since reaching the final in Week 4, but managed to refind his feet in Manchester last week to reach a fourth final of the campaign, more than anyone else so far – it’s just a shame he hasn’t won one yet!Van Gerwen reached the final in Berlin a fortnight ago but fell to defeat in his quarter final last week despite averaging 104, which leaves the three-time world champion having won only one of his last four quarter finals ahead of tonight’s trip to the south coast.Price was in such formidable form last week that it feels difficult to predict anyone else to win tonight’s final, while van Veen’s resurgence to reach last week’s final was also impressive, pointing towards a repeat of the final two of last week meeting again in the final.Premier League Darts – Week 10 betting tipsThe Price is rightGerwyn Price put in what was without doubt the most dominant performance of the Premier League so far this year last week across the entire night as he averaged 104, 113 and 106 across his matches, dropping only six legs throughout the evening. The Welshman’s confidence will be sky high and a potentially favourably quarter final tie against bottom of the table Josh Rock will give him the chance to get into full swing once again, with it difficult to imagine anyone being able to stop him if he continues last week’s form.Gerwyn Price to win Week 10 at 5/1 with BetfredGian so nearly the manPremier League rookie Gian van Veen took like a duck to water in the his opening weeks in the competition, reaching three of the first four finals, and last week saw the Dutchman end his drought of quarter final defeats to reach a fourth final. No other player in this year’s competition has reached more than three finals so far, and with the reigning world youth champion seemingly back in form, including a win over Littler last week, the youngster will no doubt fancy his chances at reaching another final showdown.Gerwyn Price and
