The truth is his sister has a job and came up with most of the money to pay the taxes. He refused to get a job and begged fro his contributions. He shifts the blame to her. Where was he when the parents died 5 years ago? Why didn't he pay the taxes and sell the house then? It is a nice nice in a nice area. He won't get out of the car to even clean it up. He is sleeping in the driveway because the house is trashy. He has been there a couple of months and has not cleaned up a bit of it or tried to make money in any other way.
