After the breakdown in US-Iran ceasefire talks, I expect Monday’s downside to stay inside Wave 4, followed by Wave 5 that completes the diagonal. A touch of 6,609.27 is required to validate the structure, so my short target is the 6,609–6,530 zone. Once the diagonal finishes, expect a rally back toward 6,808.70 high before the larger (iii) wave decline begins. Large swings expected next week – fast reactions will be key.
