Remember when Pokémon teamed up with Post Malone? Yeah, well the music collabs are about to get more electric

Back in 2021, Nintendo got Post Malone to perform a virtual concert featuring a special song to celebrate Pokémon's 25th birthday. Five years and 19 million views later, we'll be getting Pokémon Night Out, an event comprised of two EDM live shows featuring Marshmello, Alison Wonderland, and numerous Poké surprises.https://twitter.com/Pokemon/status/2043708647268585517?s=20The event will take place first at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles, California, on Oct 24, then at The O2 Arena in London on November 10. Marshmello and Alison Wonderland are two big EDM names that I must admit I don't know much about. Still, I remember not caring much about Post Malone before the pandemic, either, which totally changed after his fantastic Nirvana tribute concert during the lockdown, so these two might be about to add a lot of fans to their already massive followings as well.Pokémon Night Out will be a live show, so there's no way of telling what it'll look like or how many covers of famous Pokémon tunes will be played. Still, anyone wondering what the vibe of the upcoming shows might look like can check below to watch the video for the massively successful cover of "Only Wanna Be With You", originally by Hootie & the Blowfish, that Post Malone recorded for the show:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gBGoDmLMe3UAnd Pokémon hasn't forgotten about the fans who are still too young to attend a music event at night. The official website informs that this Summer will also feature the Pokémon Day out, an immersive family-focused celebration that will take place in France, the US, Germany, and Mexico. More information on that event will be shared later.Tickets for the Pokémon Night Out shows will go on sale April 17 at 10:00 a.m. local time in both regions, so the Los Angeles tickets will go on sale April 17 at 10:00 a.m. PDT and 6:00 p.m. BST, and the London tickets will go on sale April 17 at 10:00 a.m. BST and 2:00 a.m. PDT.
