A 25-year-old man was arrested by police for being in possession of different types of drugs along with cash.At around 10am yesterday, police officers carrying out surveillance in the vicinity of St Luke’s Hospital in Pietà noticed a man inside a vehicle who aroused suspicion of possible involvement in drug trafficking in the area.The man, a 25-year-old resident of Valletta, was stopped by police. A search conducted on him and inside his vehicle led to the discovery of several packets containing substances suspected to be cocaine, heroin, and cannabis, along with an amount of cash.He was arrested and is expected to be arraigned in court today at around 10am before Magistrate Tanya Sammut.•
