I agree. I’m physically disabled and I’ve always worked. I recently had a baby and won’t go back for a while but I’ve had 3 back surgeries (2 of those 4 vertebrae fusions) and a c section in the last 3 years. I can’t stand for more than 5-10 minutes at a time and I require accommodations at work. I work anyway!
