1000xResist Developer’s New Game Is Prove You’re Human

Wait 5 sec.

During the Triple-i Initiative 2026 showcase, 1000xResist developer Sunset Visitor revealed its new game will be called Prove You’re Human. It will be another adventure game, and it is in development for PCs. Your goal is to convince an AI that thinks it is human that it is not, even though your avatar is only a copy of an actual human. There’s an initial trailer that offers examples of how it will work. The trailer begins with Mesa talking about her “body” and saying that she “dreamed it into existence.” We then hear the protagonist, who is a digital copy and counterpart of a real human who is testing the Mesa AI and trying to convince her she is data and not a human being. There almost seems to be a Severance style take to things, since there is the work and real-world parts of the player character’s identity. Gameplay seems to consist of talking with Mesa, peeking in on the player’s real-world self, and exploring a virtual world and performing CAPTCHA tests where you do things like “select all images with the tree,” “select all images with Mesa,” and “select all images of you, before.” Here’s the first Prove Your Human trailer.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1WKLifo41tsThe announcement also confirmed the publisher for the new game from the 1000xResist developer. Black Tabby Games is behind it. That company previously only acted as a developer for titles like Slay the Princess and Scarlet Hollow. Fellow Traveler published Sunset Visitor’s first game. Prove You’re Human is in development for PCs, and Sunset Visitor’s previous game 1000xResist is available is on the Switch, PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC. The post 1000xResist Developer’s New Game Is Prove You’re Human appeared first on Siliconera.
