Biju John Vellakkada has been re-elected for the second term as the provincial of the Congregation of Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (CMI), St. Thomas Province, Kozhikode.A native of Malom in Kasaragod, Fr. Biju previously served as the Principal of Silver Hills School, Kozhikode.
