In the GSMA database, two unannounced Samsung smartphones with model numbers SM-A085F and SM-M176S have been spotted (via Erencan Yılmaz). Going by the brand’s model number and naming convention, the company may debut them as the Galaxy A08 4G and the Galaxy Wide 9, respectively. While the Galaxy A08 4G may come as a successor to the Galaxy A07 4G, the latter may arrive as the Korean variant of the already-available Galaxy M17 5G. Considering that the tech giant launched the Galaxy A07 4G in August 2025 and follows a yearly update cycle, it may launch the Galaxy A08 in August 2026. However, since the Galaxy Wide 9 will just be a variant of the Galaxy M17 for the Korean market, and the latter is already available, we have a pretty good idea about what it will offer. You can check out the Galaxy M17 features here (those are the exact specifications the Galaxy Wide 9 may offer).Considering that Samsung debuted the stable version of its latest Android customisation, One UI 8.5, and is about to release it older devices, we assume that the Galaxy A08 4G and the Galaxy Wide 9 will come with the new software.
