Yes there are restrictions and yes it's actually about 20mil yr so not really enough for major construction BUT....and this whole stock has been a series of buts. You can't build there...but maybe we can. You can't make a business out of launching satellites....but maybe we can. No one will support you....but maybe they will. And so I don't stick with CEO stories and get into all that jazz but kudos to this cat for having a vision and sticking with it. It may only be a 30' concrete pad currently BUT....what are you doing about big things? So I'm up like 158%, position isn't huge but enough to make me smile that I have it and am not watching from the sidelines. Will it b a rocky road...100%. But from here, everything is PR and traction so every bit solidifies the gains and compacts the base into a real space dream.
