Bullish Inducement Sweep | 4H Demand TapUS Dollar/Japanese YenFX:USDJPYNeroForteFX_255Market Bias: Bullish Structural Hold Timeframe: 4H (HTF) & 15m (LTF) Strategy: MSV100 - Phase Transition & Liquidity Grab 📉 The Narrative The market has just executed a classic "Stop Run" into a high-interest area. We are looking at a Liquidity Sweep (SWP) of a major Inducement level. The presence of a huge bearish candle on high Tick Volume might look like a trend reversal to retail traders, but to an SMC operator, this is "The Fuel." This volume spike represents the mass clearing of buy-side stops and the activation of sell-side liquidity directly into a 4H Demand Zone. 🔍 Technical Breakdown The Inducement (IDM): A clear swing low was established to entice early buyers. Price has now aggressively purged that level. The Volume Signature: The massive bearish tick volume confirms that large orders were filled. High volume at the bottom of a move into demand suggests Absorption, not further selling. 4H Demand Staging: We are currently sitting in the "Golden Pocket" of the HTF Master Chain. Price is stalling, showing that the supply from that huge bearish candle is being met by institutional buy orders. The "Protector" Logic: Our 4H structural high remains the target. As long as this demand holds on a candle-close basis, the bullish phase is intact. ⚡ Execution Plan (The MSV100 Protocol) Wait for the Shift: Do not catch the falling knife. We are waiting for a Change of Character (ChoCH) on the 1m or 5m timeframe. The Entry: Looking for a Fair Value Gap (FVG) or a Return to Breaker after the LTF displacement. Stop Loss (SL): Placed 2 pips below the "King" candle (the lowest wick of the sweep). Target (TP): Internal Buy-Side Liquidity (BSL) followed by the 4H Swing High. ⚠️ Risk Disclaimer We trade the Reaction, not the Prediction. If the 4H candle closes below this demand zone, the setup is invalidated. Maintain a strict 1% Risk per trade. What do you see? Are we holding the line or is the DXY strength too much?
