Mediators involved in the talks told the WSJ that officials in Jerusalem were dissatisfied with indications that Lebanon could be included.Earlier Wednesday, Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, who helped broker the ceasefire, said Lebanon would be part of the arrangement.
