The government is increasing commercial LPG supplies for industries. Units can now get up to 70 percent of their previous consumption. This applies to sectors like pharma, food, and steel. A daily limit of 200 tonnes is in place for all eligible industries. Priority goes to essential specialized processes. This move aims to support industrial output amid energy supply challenges.
