As I understand it, sister is alive and has lived in the home since even before her parents died. I believe she is also a beneficiary of the house. She (according to CB) did absolutely no maintenance, hoarded and destroyed the home, and is to blame for defaulting on the taxes. He was living in his Jeep in the middle of the Arizona desert when she called him from Florida (where his family home is) and let him know the house was about to be repossessed and auctioned.
