32 people have been arrested by the police for living in Malta irregularly.After several days of police surveillance following reports of individuals begging for money in the Gżira area, an operation was carried out early yesterday morning. The police, assisted by officers from the Detention Services Agency, conducted coordinated actions in the area.All those arrested are currently being held in a detention centre while arrangements are made for their repatriation.•
