She's back! The beautifully-bred 'TDN Rising Star, presented by Hagyard' TAMARA (f, 4, Bolt d'Oro–Beholder, by Henny Hughes) returned to the races Saturday off nearly a year-long layoff and looked as if she'd never missed a step, romping home in the GIII Chillingworth at Santa Anita under Mike Smith. Sitting second throughout as Bob Baffert runner Silent Law (Tiz the Law) set out to lead, the 2-5 favorite had no problem reeling that leader back to her around the turn and going right on by as Smith sat motionless into the lane. Well clear into the final furlong, Tamara came home under wraps as much the best. The final time for the 6 1/2 furlongs was 1:15.21. Lifetime Record: GISW, 5-3-1-0.O/B-Spendthrift Farm; T-Richard Mandella.
