Just curious...if it was from one room to another, why would a truck be involved, and why would it take so long? Also, if her bookshelf wasn't level, that's because the floor wasn't level. If this is serious, as far as I know there's no review site for "my co-worker who offered to help me for free." What would it accomplish? Nobody else would ask you for free help moving things? Tell her to go for it.
