Kolkata rains: As Kolkata and other Bengal districts go to phase 2 voting today, the IMD has predicted rain, thunderstorms and gusty winds across several districts. In Kolkata, a yellow alert has been issued and the weather office has urged people to carry umbrellas to the polling stations. Nadia, Hooghly, Mednipore, Purulia will also see rain today.
