It truly was! I bought everything there in my 20s and 30s. I'll never forget my first Dolce&Gabanna blouse which was above my budget but still a steal... And I helped my best friend find a fabulous dress that she got married in (not a wedding dress - it was a second marriage). SO MANY DEALS!! And you never knew what fresh shipment was in. I went at least a couple times/month.
