No idea who this person is or how they do their thing.. But I will say that one of the breeders I work with actually has a clause in their contract that they can use boys as a stud for a certain amount of time (assuming their testing comes back clear). They also have a 10k penalty for breeding outside of a breeding contract... But for bloodhounds, which are dangerously inbred as a breed, anytime you can expand the gene pool it's a good thing. I know another breeder who did a litter with 20 year old frozen sperm. And all the breeders I know have hounds from the others in 3 different countries to keep the pool as fresh as possible. So there are times where this would make total sense.. But this here? I'm pretty sure you'd just be expanding the size of the back yard of the breeder. Also, I guarantee they are going to be horribly difficult to deal with and will absolutely threaten to remove the dog if you ever didn't do whatever they asked.
