Value commerce platform Meesho is contesting a Rs 14.29 crore tax demand. The Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal issued the demand for alleged failure to collect tax at source on certain seller transactions. These transactions occurred between October 2018 and March 2020. Meesho states the demand is unsustainable and without merit.
