An attempted detonation occurred on a railway track near Shambhu in Punjab's Patiala. The individual attempting the detonation died in the incident. Police recovered a SIM card from the scene and have launched a technical investigation. This incident follows a previous blast on a freight corridor track in Fatehgarh Sahib.
