My short is still alive and I stay bearish until the position closes at break even. ETH hasn't reached the target directly – instead we're seeing a pullback. Let's use this moment to walk through exactly how I identify a setup. Four steps, nothing more. 1️⃣ Impulse On the 1H chart, ETH pushed with a clear impulse from $2,400 down to $2,256. That's the move that sets everything in motion. 2️⃣ Structure Shift That impulse created an internal structure shift. This tells me: the direction is defined. I now have a bias. 3️⃣ Wicky, Choppy Pullback The retracement back towards the Order Block must be slow and unconvincing – no impulse, full of liquidations. A fast, impulsive pullback is a warning sign, not an entry signal. 4️⃣ Wicky Behavior at the Order Block Once price reaches the zone, I want to see hesitation. Wicks. Rejection.
